For his work in the field of labor and employment law, Attorney Ervin has been recognized as both a Virginia and Hampton Roads Region Super Lawyer and as a Virginia Legal Elite.
Joshua Jewett advocates for employees’ rights in all types of employment law matters before federal and state courts, as well as in administrative and grievance hearings. Mr. Jewett has represented numerous individuals across a broad spectrum of industries. While most of his results are subject to confidentiality, some others have been featured in the Washington Times, Virginian Pilot and Virginia Lawyer’s Weekly.
Brittany Wrigley advocates for the firm’s clients in matters before Virginia state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She recently joined the firm after graduating near the top of her law school class and completing an internship for the White Collar Crimes division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
